1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of cost at any time before the product is dispatched from our Katihar processing facility. Once dispatched, courier cancellation fees may apply.

2. Replacement & Returns Eligibility

Returns and full replacements are accepted under the following conditions within 7 days of parcel delivery:

• Parcel outer box damaged during transit.
• Incorrect flavor or grade delivered.
• Vacuum package seal tampered or damaged upon arrival.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once approved, refunds are credited directly to your original payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Bank Account) within 3 to 5 business days via Razorpay.
